A Quick Catch Up.

Let’s skip back to the end of 2024.  

We had spent some time in Ibiza and Majorca in September before heading back to the mainland of Spain.  We were trying to find someone to get a new main sail made for the boat plus decide if the planned Atlantic crossing would happen that year in December/early January. We had also started enquiring on places to leave Phantomas in Spain.  We found a quiet marina south of Barcelona and pondered all of the above.  The day came when we were to leave the marina and the decisions were either turn right and continue on towards leaving the boat in Spain or turn left and return to France and the boat yard in Port St Louis where we had first bought Phantomas.  We turned left, back to France, back to the familiar yard and places we knew.  W/e ended up leaving Phantomas in the yard in early November 2024 and we would not return until October 2025.
